Management + Quality Control

We believe quality control is the key to good customer relations and overall satisfaction.

PBS utilizes two levels of Employee Supervisory Management. All of our Account Managers are also certified by the National Housekeeping Association.

Two-tiered Supervisory Management - Account managers monitor activity within their assigned accounts regularly. Our VP of Operations conducts weekl meetings with managers to insure quality standards are being upheld.

Daily Log Books - A log book is kept at your site, where you may leave instructions for your crew or they may inform you of unusual conditions they have observed in your facility (ex: unlocked doors). Our log book is reviewed and signed each night by the person supervising your account.

Damage Reports - Our cleaning personnel are required to report any damage, breakage, plumbing problems, or maintenance needs immediately to their supervisor.

Regular Site Inspections- Every facility receives a regular inspection from one of our Quality Control Area Managers. A written QC report is created for areas requiring improvement. All deficiencies are immediately corrected. Reports are kept for future tracking and permanent improvement.

Emergency Hotline - Our telephone hotline is available 24-7 for prompt response in special situations and emergencies. In such cases, our personnel will immediately contact you and follow the emergency procedures you have set in place.
